Coal Foam EXT-ECO is a Fluorine Free Foam which does not contain any PFAS or PFOS products.

It is a foam concentrate designed specifically for use in underground coal mines during the inertisation process and underground heating events.

This product been specifically designed for super wetting of the coal, whilst penetrating the immediate area of application, where a concentrated response is beneficial to the management of the heating event.

Coal Foam EXT-ECO has been continuously used as the primary response foam during many active underground inertisation events.

It is designed to make foam in specially designed and tuned Underground Foaming Pods, Compressed Air Foam Systems (CAFS), Foaming Trailers and Foaming Table.

Coal Foam WET-ECO is a Fluorine Free Foam which does not contain any PFAS or PFOS products.

It is a foam concentrate designed for use in underground coal mines during the inertisation process and underground heating events.

It is a foam concentrate designed specifically for enhanced wetting and use on Class A fuel fires including coal, wood, paper and rubber. The solution will reduce the surface tension of water effectively making the water “wetter” and gives it the ability to wet out Class A fuels.

When Coal Foam Class A Foam is used through appropriate aspirating equipment the product will produce a stable foam blanket that will smother and extinguish fires.

Coal Foam Defoamer 5 is a Fluorine Free Defoamer which does not contain any PFAS or PFOS products.

It is specifically designed to collapse the Coal Foam bubbles / foam when it has worked its way through the goaf or mine and presents to the pump out tank or pond prior to pumping.

Coal Foam Defoamer 5 is in continuous use underground and on the surface in conjunction with Coal Foam products.

It is designed to be used either through dosing systems or spray applicators.

Coal Foam TRG-ECO is a Fluorine Free Foam which does not contain any PFAS or PFOS products.

It is available as a 20 litre foam concentrate and is ready to use on site.

It is a foam concentrate designed to mimic the performance of Coal Foam Class A Foam and Coal Foam Class B Foam. Coal Foam TRG-ECO is a Training Foam Concentrate used for training personnel in the correct use of firefighting foam. It is formulated with synthetic foaming agents to mimic the performance of standard foams but is not to be used in real life situations.

Coal Foam TRG-ECO, Training Foam Concentrate, can be used at 3% or 6% induction rate to provide a brilliant white foam.

When used through aspirated foam equipment the resulting foam will imitate the performance of traditional foams but at the same time allowing the training fires to be more readily re-ignited and at a lower cost.

Coal Foam TRG-ECO SC is a Fluorine Free Foam which does not contain any PFAS or PFOS products.

It is available as a super concentrate where 19 litres of water is added on site to the 1 litre of Super concentrate to make 20 litres of training foam concentrate.

Vapour suppression from material spills can be achieved using the foam blanket generated with Coal Foam HEX-ECO foam concentrate.

It is a foam concentrate designed for use with medium or high expansion foam generating equipment.

Coal Foam Class A Foam is a Fluorine Free Foam which does not contain any PFAS or PFOS products.

 It is a foam concentrate designed specifically for use on Class A fuel fires including coal, wood, paper and rubber. The solution will reduce the surface tension of water effectively making the water “wetter” and gives it the ability to wet out Class A fuels.

Coal Foam Class B Foam is a Fluorine Free Foam which does not contain any PFAS or PFOS products.

 It is a foam concentrate designed specifically for use on Class B flammable liquids and gases. It allows for direct projection onto the hydrocarbon with similar extinguishing results to most AFFF’s.

Coal Foam Class B Foam will foam at Low and Medium Expansion. It will generate foam through air aspirating devices to produce a foam expansion rate of approximately 8:1 depending upon the equipment used.

Coal Foam SUP-ECO is a Fluorine Free Foam which does not contain any PFAS or PFOS products.

It is a foam concentrate designed specifically to control dust emissions. When diluted and foamed on minerals during the extraction and crushing process SUP-ECO will “wet” the dust particle. The wetted particle will increase in weight and thus be less likely to become an airborne hazard.

When Coal Foam SUP-ECO is used through appropriate foaming equipment the product will produce a stable foam blanket over mineral particles. The foam blanket created is a simple non-foaming wetting system, providing a longer contact time between liquid and mineral, thus providing more efficient dust control.
